After an 18 day hiatus, Enrique Galvan and I are back - with three new episodes of LOVE TO SEE IT streaming now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Play.
In AROUND THE WORLD, we enlist the help of my brother Keyvan Jalinous to recommend six movies each to each other, each from a different continent around the world. Sadly, Antarctica was excluded from this project. If you want eighteen film recommendations from all around the world, make sure to check out this episode!
For 82 minutes, we talk about nothing. Not literally, of course - but in LOVE TO SEE IT TANGENTS, we finally attempt Enrique's idea of an episode with no subject in mind, simply seeing where the conversation leads. What starts on Thomas Kail's and Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton film leads to a conversation about Michaela Coel's powerhouse television series I May Destroy You, the interesting trajectory of streaming service Quibi, and quite a lot in between.
Finally, in a very directly named episode, GREYHOUND TO PALM SPRINGS, we shorten the length of the podcast to below one hour episodes, and talk about Tom Hanks newest film, which we both aren't the biggest fans of to say the least. For the second half of the episode, Ameer Rifai joins us to discuss Max Barbakow's and Andy Samberg's Sundance hit Palm Springs.
Stream all three episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Play right now!
